The Product Manager is responsible for the overall product roadmap and vision for the product. The incumbent will lead all product related activities including collaborating with other departments to ensure that we create and deliver exceptional product offerings to our clients.


  • Requirements support for CCP and prioritization with Sales and Relationship teams
    • Requirements support (design vs. client use cases); how to build it better, not the same
    • Work with functional groups to identify compliance, operational, service touch points
    • Assistance on market sizing and opportunity cost; decide which features to exclude or change
  • Acquiring Development & Support
    • Support business case execution on North America acquiring roadmap including logistical governance in a project management capacity
    • Maintain and track the development roadmap and evaluate gaps in the support model across IT and Ops; drive issues to closure
    • Evaluate market opportunities and threats in partnership with Sales and Wirecard Acquiring SMEs; help define the market needs and Wirecard value proposition for each
  • Ad hoc Product initiated project support
    • BIN migration support
    • Help own and manage the products:
      • Identifying optimization opportunities (program behavior metrics), especially initial 6-12 months of performance on new program types (Virtual, Wallet, new product use cases)
      • Leverage data (work with Finance) to implement lessons learned across new programs/ update and maintain best practices & educate stakeholders
      • Coordinating with marketing and sales to revise the way we explain, sell and support a product
  • Coordinating among multiple functions to implement process changes/adjustments. Ex. inserts, self-service campaigns, initiating compliance changes to collateral, etc.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a product development or Fintech environment

Knowledge / Skills:

  • Strong and well-developed analytic, problem-solving and quantitative skills
  • Self-starter with passion for product development and personal responsibility and accountability
  • Results-orientation with an ability to execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner
  • Strong leadership potential, with excellent inter-personal skills and collaboration abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to adapt to change in a fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented and takes ownership
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Ability to see relationships between abstract processes and concepts; “cross functional vision”
