Kim Sergent has joined InComm as vice president of marketing for its Financial Services division. She will lead the marketing strategy of InComm’s consumer-facing Vanilla brand, which produces prepaid consumer products that include Vanilla Gift and MyVanilla.
With 25 years of marketing experience in financial services, retail and payments, Sergent brings a wealth of cross-industry expertise to InComm’s Financial Services team, according to an announcement. She comes to InComm from Manhattan Associates, a supply chain and omnichannel commerce software provider where she served as vice president of Americas marketing. Prior to Manhattan Associates, Sergent oversaw product marketing at First Data Corp., where her responsibilities included the company’s suite of prepaid solutions. She has also held marketing leadership positions at CheckFree and Fiserv. In addition, several of her marketing campaigns have been recognized by industry publications like Paybefore.
