Jackson joins the NBPCA with 20 years of financial services experience, including nearly a decade working in the prepaid industry. In his role at Mercator, he oversaw dozens of research reports related to prepaid products. In addition, he consulted with industry companies on projects such as identifying new markets, creating new products and developing marketing plans. Prior to that, he worked as a managing editor for SourceMedia and a reporter for American Banker covering payments, prepaid and banking.
